Will you ship retail orders globally?
Currently, we are shipping to India. Bulk orders we are shipping to globally. For orders send mail to liberty1947stores@gmail.com
What is the minimum value for free shipping?
If you purchase Rs.299 you will get free delivery all over India.
Can I order 'Out of Stock' or 'Temporarily Unavailable' products?
The products listed as 'Out of Stock' are not for sale. Click on notify me, you will receive notifications when the product is available.

What if I receive the wrong product?
100% you will get what you placed. If you receive the wrong product by mistake you can complain to us through the call or email liberty1947stores@gmail.com
What does 'Out of Stock' mean?
"Out of stock" means currently the product is not available for sale.
How can I come to know about my order delivery?
Our delivery partners will take a signature for every order. Your family members, Colleagues, Neighbours, and known persons of you have the right to receive the order through your permission. We are not responsible for it.
What do I need to know about my order delivery?
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. We highly recommend that you take your order delivery yourself as Liberty Agarbathi takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
What can I do if I get the damaged product?
Take pictures of the product, send them to liberty1947stores@gmail.com. Within 7 working days, your issue will be resolved.
How do I make changes to my order?
You can make changes before placing an order. Once payment is done you cannot modify. In such case report to us via call +91-7676926947 / +91-6360400418.
Is VAT (Value Added Tax) & GST (Goods & Services Tax) included?
All our products are GST inclusive.
Cancellation of order?
At “Liberty Agarbathi” has the right to cancel the order at any point of the item without any intimation.
